1. INTRODUCTION

This Seller Agreement and Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) governs the registration and use of the VEDA Cart platform by individuals, businesses, brands, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and other authorized sellers (“Seller”, “you”, or “your”). VEDA Cart is an e-commerce platform operated by VEDA GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. SELLER ELIGIBILITY

To become a Seller on VEDA Cart, you must provide accurate information, be legally capable of entering into a contract, have the legal right to sell your listed products, and comply with all applicable government laws.

3. SELLER REGISTRATION AND KYC

The Seller must provide valid business details, PAN, GSTIN (where applicable), bank account details, and valid identity/business proofs. Providing false or fraudulent information will result in immediate termination.

4. SELLER ACCOUNT & SECURITY

Each Seller is responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and must not share credentials or use the platform for unlawful activities.

5. PRODUCT LISTING & AUTHENTICITY

The Seller guarantees that all products listed on VEDA Cart are genuine, legally sourced, and free from intellectual property infringement. Listing fake, counterfeit, or stolen products is strictly prohibited.

6. ORDERS, PACKAGING & SHIPPING

The Seller must accept valid orders, maintain sufficient stock, package products safely to prevent transit damage, and dispatch orders within the required timeframe.

7. COMMISSION & SETTLEMENT

VEDA Cart charges an agreed platform commission (Fixed 3.00%). Payouts will be settled to the Seller's registered bank account according to the applicable settlement cycle after statutory deductions.

8. CUSTOMER DATA & PRIVACY

Customer details received must be used strictly for order fulfilment. Selling, sharing, or misusing customer information for unauthorized marketing is strictly prohibited.

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of VEDA GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED.
